The Charleston Symphony Orchestra (CSO) will present two concerts featuring Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1 and excerpts from Prokofiev’s orchestral suite from Romeo and Juliet on Friday and Saturday, March 15-16, 2013 at Sottile Theatre, 44 George St., in Charleston, SC. The concerts, on Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm, will be supplemented by a recently added open dress rehearsal on Friday at 10:00am.

The Charleston Symphony Orchestra (CSO) will continue all three of its main stage series concerts for the 2013-14 season, while adding one concert to each series and a third evening performance to the Masterworks Series on Thursdays. There will be six Masterworks, four Pops, and six Charleston Chamber Orchestra concerts.

As part of the Pops Series for the 2012-13 Season, the Charleston Symphony Orchestra (CSO) will present three concerts featuring Cirque de la Symphonie on Friday, January 25 at 7:30pm, and on Saturday, January 26 at 11:00am and 7:30pm. The performances will be held at Sottile Theatre, 44 George St., in Charleston. The Saturday morning matinee will be a specially-priced, abbreviated, family-friendly performance.
