Ticket Exchange Policy

We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or tax receipts for individual concert tickets not purchased through a subscription package.

Subscribers Only

Masterworks subscribers may exchange two dates in their series. Pops and Chamber have one exchange. They can exchange into any Masterworks, Pops, or Chamber Orchestra concert.  There is no fee for subscribers to exchange tickets. Exchanges must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original concert so that we may return them for someone else to enjoy. As an alternative, subscribers may choose to receive a tax receipt for the ticket value instead of exchanging.

Exchanges can be made and tax receipts may be obtained beginning October 11, 2011, at the Gaillard Auditorium Box Office, the CSO Administrative Office, or by calling CSO Patron Services at (843) 723-7528, ext. 110.
